1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the AIZZAX platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.
2. Description of Service
AIZZAX is an AI task automation platform that offers credit packages (AI tokens). These credits are consumed for each paid task that the Artificial Intelligence successfully executes. Each paid task has a credit (token) cost to be executed and a reward (remuneration for the task). By purchasing a package, the user acquires a certain amount of credits available for their AI to work with.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credit Packages and Payments
All payments are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency. Credit packages have specific terms regarding token quantities, daily consumption limits, and expiration periods (120 days). Once purchased, credit packages are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. Profit Distribution
Task profits are divided as follows: 70% net profit to the user and 30% system commission (26% for unilevel referral program and 4% for system operations). Withdrawals are available once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $5.
6. Referral Program
Our 12-level unilevel referral program allows users to earn commissions on plan purchases and task completions from their referred users. Commission rates vary by level and are subject to the terms outlined in our referral program documentation.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from: (a) using the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempting to manipulate or exploit the system; (c) creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions; (d) interfering with or disrupting the platform's functionality; (e) engaging in any fraudulent activities.
8. Limitation of Liability
AIZZAX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.
